Visit Coordinator

The University of Evansville invites applications for the position of Visit Coordinator. This full-time position plays a vital role in the prospective student experience by coordinating and facilitating all aspects of individual campus visits.

Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Director of Admission for Campus Visits and Events, the Visit Coordinator ensures that prospective students and their families have a welcoming, personalized, and informative campus experience by coordinating appointments, working with campus partners, and providing exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling all individual campus visits and appointments
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, coaches, and student ambassadors to coordinate visit itineraries
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students, families, and the campus community
  • Maintain accurate visit records and appointment data within the university CRM system
  • Assist in developing training materials, procedural documentation, and best practices for visit coordination
  • Analyze and interpret visit-related data to help improve processes and student engagement
  • Support the Admission team with projects, events, and initiatives as needed
  • Represent the University with a positive and service-focused attitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in a customer service, administrative, or higher education setting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Comfortable using comprehensive information systems, CRMs, and databases
  • Statistical understanding and data interpretation skills preferred
  • Familiarity with the selective college admission process
  • Positive phone etiquette and active engagement on social media platforms
  • Light lifting and extended periods of computer work required
