Enrollment and Data Systems Manager

The University of Evansville invites applications for the position of Enrollment and Data Systems Manager (also referred to as Manager of Enrollment Technologies). This position serves as a key member of the admission operations team and is responsible for managing and optimizing the University’s Slate CRM system. The role supports both undergraduate and graduate admission offices, ensuring Slate is leveraged effectively to meet institutional enrollment goals and deliver a seamless experience for prospective students and staff users alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Slate, particularly in relation to prospective student records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Slate-related inquiries related to graduate admission.
  • Provide end-user support and ongoing training to Slate users across campus.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on admission trends, activities, and outcomes to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement and test new Slate functionality as updates and enhancements become available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with Slate in a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM functionality, student recruitment, and the admission process.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to think critically, propose innovative solutions, and work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
