Why did you choose to attend UE?
It was close enough to home but also far enough away to allow me to branch off and build my own career and character.
What activities or organizations have you been involved with at UE? How have these impacted you and your college career?
I am a part of Greek Life! Being a part of this has allowed me to build connections on and off campus, opening the door for scholarships and internships. Greek Life has also led me to my best friends and the most amazing people in my life. Greek Life gives me a great sense of pride, because it truly is amazing to watch your chapter do so much on and for campus.
What makes UE a special place? How did it shape your college experience?
UE is special because of how close everyone on campus can be. No matter the different organizations, majors, or class years, we all have a common goal of helping each other.
What advice would you share with incoming students?
Just get out there! There are more people on campus than your roommates. Go to the callouts, go to the intramural games, go to Welcome Week. Make the most out of campus.
Why do you recommend UE?
My professors. You can tell that the professors on campus take pride in their students and care about them on more than just an academic level. My professors have always gone above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be more thankful.
Do you have anything else to share about your UE experience?
I am a transfer student and had the most amazing advisors help me through the process of transferring my credits, making my schedules, and ensuring I had all of the resources needed to be successful at UE. They answered all of my questions without judgment and welcomed me to campus with open arms.
