When a student at UE, I was an AT&T Area Manager responsible for Customer Experience Teams in Bothell, WA, Evansville, IN and a vendor center out of state, but I wanted to move out of call center management into External & Legislative Affairs. With no practical experience in the field, I pursued this degree to specifically target the position I presently hold.
