Enrollment and Data Systems Manager (Remote)
The University of Evansville (UE) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enrollment and Data Systems Manager (Manager of Enrollment Technologies) to join our admission operations team. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing our institutional instance of Slate CRM to support and meet both undergraduate and graduate enrollment goals. Key Responsibilities
The Manager will serve as the technical and functional expert for our primary enrollment system. Your main duties will include:
- Slate Management & Optimization: Serve as the primary manager and hands-on system administrator for the University's Slate CRM instance, ensuring its effective use across all admission departments.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the highest level of data integrity and accuracy within Slate, specifically related to prospective student data and the overall admission funnel.
- Graduate Admission Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all Slate-related inquiries pertaining to graduate admission.
- Support & Training: Provide comprehensive end-user support, ongoing training, and guidance for all University personnel utilizing the Slate platform.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and current documentation for all CRM processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare essential reports on admission trends, activities, outcomes, and progress toward enrollment goals.
- System Implementation: Proactively research and implement new Slate functionality and feature releases as they become available.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Slate CRM in a higher education setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of CRM functionality, student recruitment lifecycles, and admission processes.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, a proven ability to think critically, and a keen attention to detail.
- Autonomy: A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of training and supporting users of varying technical abilities.
- Integrity: Ability to handle and manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience integrating Slate with other critical university systems (e.g., SIS).
