New Student Process

Applying for On-Campus Housing – Your residential journey begins here.

The housing process for new UE students begins after you send in your admission deposit.

Starting in early March, any student who has paid their admission deposit will receive a message from the Office of Residence Life. This message will include information on how to access UE's online application materials for housing and meal plans in your eRezLife account (you will need your UE username and password that you previously set up). A $75 non-refundable housing registration fee will be collected when signing up for housing each year.

There is something for everyone. Prior to signing up for housing, we invite you to explore our residence halls.

Signing up for housing is a simple 4 step process.

  • Step 1 – submit your housing application in your eRezLife account
  • Step 2 – submit your $75 non-refundable housing registration fee in your eRezLife account
  • Step 3 – form your roommate group
  • Step 4 – select your housing (at your assigned selection time)

In February, you will receive an email about your housing selection timeline.

For full room and board rates, please visit the Student Financial Services area.
