Jr. TASL Scholars Program is a year-round program provided by the Center for Inclusive Excellence and the Office of Youth Programs that focuses on youth 7^th-12^th grade and strives to equip them with skills crucial to success. The Jr. TASL (Think, Act, Serve, Live) Scholars Program will operate concurrently with our current TASL Scholars Program that is a cohort program our current UE college students. The Jr. TASL Scholars Program requires parent/child commitment and will run September-April during the academic year and will operate as a three-week summer program in July each year.

We strive to involve parents and participant families to participate in this endeavor with their youth participants. We will hold quarterly (four times during the academic year) family engagement breakfast or lunch where parents and families along with their youth participant can come to the University of Evansville campus and enjoy a meal and do activities with UE students and staff. Breakfast or Lunch dates to be determined.

This program is designed to meet students where they are academically, mentally, emotionally, and economically to move them into the next phase of their futures while also supporting their community through community service.

Jr. TASL Scholars Program is free during the academic year (September-April).

The three-week July program will have a weekly fee that is due prior to the beginning of the summer session. Fee will include lunch and snacks daily. Payment plans will be available, and the fee must be paid in full by prior to the program start date. Additional fees may be required for additional summer Jr. TASL Scholars Program activities.

At this time, Jr. TASL Scholars Program is available during the academic year (September-April) for our partner schools and youth serving organizations. During the three-week summer session (July), the program will be open to the public and parents may register their child(dren) using the Register Now link on this page.
