Ellen graduated from the University of Evansville with a major in Visual Communications Design in 2012. She also minored in Communications and Business Administration. While at UE she was a member of the Volleyball team and President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Upon graduation she began working as a Marketing Coordinator for an athletic recruiting company in Chicago.

In 2014 Ellen made the move to Florida to work for Walt Disney World Resort. At WDW she has held multiple roles within Marketing Strategy including under the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, runDisney, and Disney Vacation Club lines of business. She also went to graduate school and earned her MBA from the University of Florida.
