Why did you choose to attend UE?
I loved the campus, and being able to have one-on-one interactions with the faculty during my campus visit made the experience even better and more personal.
How has your program/major prepared you for a future career?
It has helped prepare me by giving me both the knowledge and hands-on experience I need to succeed. I’ve also had opportunities to apply what I’ve learned through projects and experiences outside the classroom like internships, which has helped me feel more confident and prepared for what's next.
What activities or organizations have you been involved with at UE? How have these impacted you and your college career?
I’m an Admission Ambassador, and this allowed me to show prospective students what UE is and how great it could be for them as well.
What makes UE a special place? How did our campus shape your college experience?
It feels like a close community where people genuinely care and support you. I've been able to build great relationships with professors and staff, which also made my experience more personal and meaningful. Also, my advisors helped make my experience here at UE amazing!
What advice would you share with incoming students?
Try everything you can and don't be afraid to ask for help!
Why do you recommend the University of Evansville?
Everyone here on campus cares and wants to see you succeed as well as giving people the ability to build real world skills.
How has UE been affordable for you?
My Fellows Scholarship covers my tuition, which has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. It’s allowed me to focus more on my education and opportunities on campus without constantly worrying about the cost of going here.
Did you visit UE before deciding to attend?
Yes, and that visit helped me commit to UE. I loved the campus, but what stood out most was how personal the experience felt.
