Leadership coaching is an effective approach to develop employees through customized development plans, setting expectations, providing regular feedback, and having one on one conversations. The goal of this program is to apply a coaching approach to leadership that will build up the capacity of managers and supervisors to improve the performance of their direct reports.
This series begins on September 8, 2026, and meets again on September 22, October 6, and October 20.

Who Should Attend: Adults nearing retirement, newly retired individuals, and couples planning for retirement together. Spouses and partners are encouraged to attend. Participants are encouraged to bring their Social Security statement and an estimate of their retirement account balances, although approximate figures are sufficient.
