International Student Lifecycle
- Step one: Apply for admissions at the University of Evansville
Applications are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis, but the deadlines are:
- Fall: June 1
- Spring: October 1
- Step two: Submit your deposit to secure your spot!
- Step three: Pay SEVIS Fee
- Step four: Secure your I-20
Once your deposit has been received, ISS will issue your I-20. This will be an essential document throughout the lifecycle of an international student - Step five: Complete DS-160
This form must be completed before scheduling a Visa appointment - Step six: Schedule your visa appointment
Prepare all the necessary documents
- Valid Passport
- Passport Photos
- Form I-20
- Form DS- 160
- SEVIS Payment Confirmation
- Visa Fee Payment Receipt
- Appointment Confirmation
- Step seven: Secure your visa
- Step eight: Prepare for your departure to the US
Make sure to bring the following documents:- Valid Passport
- I-20
- Visa
- I-94 form (issued after arrival into the US)
- Evidence of admission to UE
- Name of DSO
