A few details:

  • Open to current high school seniors only.
  • Offer is limited to the first 50 eligible students.
  • You must complete the full scheduled campus visit (i.e., tour, meet with an admission counselor)
  • Not available for official athletic visits.
  • UE will cover eligible hotel charge for one qualifying night’s stay in a standard room.
  • Book under the UE Rate in a Standard Room.
  • After booking, simply forward your hotel confirmation to ct37@evansville.edu. We must receive this at least 5 business days prior to your visit in order for UE to arrange the payment directly with the hotel.
  • A credit or debit card will be required by the hotel to secure the reservation. If the student does not complete the full scheduled campus visit, the card associated with the reservation may be charged by the hotel.
