UE will provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to thrive in today’s world. From their first semester in the program, students will gain a thorough understanding of construction management throughout the world.

The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management requires at least 122 credit hours of course work distributed as follows:

General Education (41 Hours Minimum)

  • First-Year Seminar 112 (3 hours)
  • Fine Arts (3 hours)
  • Humanities (9 hours)
  • Economics 101 and Communication 380 (6 hours)
  • Health and Wellness (1 hour)
  • Mathematics 105 (3 hours)
  • Geology 130 and Physics 121 (7 hours)
  • Construction Management 495 (3 hours)
  • Foreign Language (6 hours or proficiency)
