Program Advisors

The UE Health Program advisors are available to assist you throughout your undergraduate career. They encourage you to schedule regular meetings to verify prerequisites and ensure you are on the right path. In addition to one-on-one advising, the advisors hold workshops on such topics as Writing a Strong Personal Essay, Preparing for the Professional School Interview, and Tips for Completing Professional School Applications.

Francie Renschler

Pre-professional Health

Francie joined the University of Evansville as the pre-professional health advisor in the spring of 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and a Master of Art in Teaching from Miami University. Francie is the administrator for the Baccalaureate to Doctor of Medicine program. She also advises current and prospective students on pre-professional school requirements, admission strategies, career trends and opportunities, and guides them in selecting a professional program. She will also prepare them for standardized tests in various health professions programs.

Jennifer Simon

Physical Therapy

As operations administrator, Jennifer is responsible for admissions, advising, and operations for the Department of Physical Therapy. She has over 25 years of experience in public relations and marketing, including work in the entertainment, consumer, and nonprofit industries. During her time at the University of Evansville, she has served as senior administrator in the Office of Financial Aid and project coordinator in the Office of Marketing and Communications. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Murray State University.
