The topic of the University of Evansville Scholars for Syria Lecture planned for Thursday, March 23, will be “Neural Development in a War Zone.” Lora Becker, UE associate professor of psychology and neuroscience and director of Neuroscience Program and Neuromarketing Research Center, will be the speaker.

The event, which is free and open to the public, begins at 6:00 p.m. in Room 162 (Harkness Hall), Schroeder School of Business Building. The lecture will be followed by a panel discussion with UE Syrian students and discussion with the audience.
