Orr Fellowship has named eight current Fellows to its Fellowship Leadership Team (FLT) for the 2025 term, including a graduate of University of Evansville (UE). Orr Fellowship is an early career development program for high-achieving post-graduates and future-focused businesses in Indianapolis and Evansville.

Madison King, a graduate of University of Evansville and native of McCordsville, Indiana, is the new Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the Fellowship Leadership Team. In this role, Madison will strategize on events focused on educating fellows on different perspectives; connect with local leaders who are doing equity work in their own business or respective organization/community; and work with the FLT and Executive Team to continue making Orr a welcoming and equitable space.

Candidates for the leadership team are nominated and elected by their peers, while former FLT and executive team members interview each candidate. Composed of eight director roles spanning marketing, diversity, recruitment and more, the FLT’s goal is to strengthen ties within the Orr community, engage with current, former and future Fellows, and push the program forward.
