This workshop will help employers and managers to enhance engagement and retention of employees. Attendees will learn about why employees leave organizations, what employers can do to retain employees, how managers can more fully engage employees, how to conduct a stay interview, and ask questions.

About the Presenters:
Dr. Tad Dickel is the Interim Faculty Program Director for the Master of Science in Leadership and Executive in Residence-Leadership at the University of Evansville. In addition, he is the President of T.A. Dickel Group, LLC and serves as a leadership and strategy consultant for businesses, universities, and nonprofits.

Chuck and Ashley Elliott are relationship specialists who help people build thriving personal and professional relationships through their speaking, consulting, and online programs. They speak individually and as a couple at conferences and organizations regarding topics such as why people leave, improving retention and hiring strategies through communication techniques, and the financial and morale benefits to improving grief support at work.
