Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Construction Management
The School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Construction Management to start in August 2026.
Applicants should be committed to outstanding undergraduate teaching and have excellent oral and written English skills. Appropriate scholarly/professional development activities and university service are expected. The primary responsibilities include teaching construction management courses at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to candidates who are passionate about undergraduate education and willing to teach a variety of courses such as methods and equipment, contracts and codes, safety, MEP, scheduling, laws and ethics, and senior design project. Required Education/Experience
A B.S. in construction management and an earned doctorate in construction management or closely related field are preferred. Excellent applicants at the ABD level will also be considered. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
