Slate Operations Specialist (On-Site)

The Slate Operations Specialist works closely with admission, marketing, and financial aid staff to support communication plans, data management, reporting, and recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with technology, data, and processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will bring a foundation of professional experience and a willingness to develop expertise in Slate and enrollment operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • One to two years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, CRM administration, data management, marketing operations, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM systems, databases, or data management processes.
  • Experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management.
  • Familiarity with Slate CRM or other enrollment management technologies.
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing data, or supporting operational processes.
  • Experience supporting communication campaigns, event management, or recruitment initiatives.
