Returning Student Move-In
During the week of July 13, students will get access to their Room Assignment Confirmation Letter by an email from Residence Life. During the same week, students will receive an email with a link to schedule a move-in appointment.
Addendum to Housing and Food Service Contract 2020-21
Before you apply for a check-in slot, you must go to WebAdvisor and sign the Addendum to your housing and Food Service Contract. It is located under “Housing and Meal Plans”.
Once you have signed your addendum you can register for a designated 3-hour move-in time to accommodate social distancing guidelines. Watch for an email from Residence Life.
Returning students will move in August 23-25:
- All returning Students
- New Transfer students who are not participating in Welcome Week.
For those who need to move in earlier than these dates, students can fill out an Early Move-In Request form. These are due by August 2. A response will be sent out the week of August 3.
With the changes in our start date, the University will be flexible with students to help accommodate move-in.
On-campus food service will be available starting the evening of Thursday, August 20, 2020.
Students wishing to adjust their meal plans for spring may do so until Friday, September 4, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Request a meal plan change.

January Arrivals - 2021
For Spring Semester, residence halls re-open at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Students participating in official University functions that are required to arrive earlier than that date should contact the Office of Residence Life to request approval to do so.
While the residence halls open Saturday, January 16, 2021, please be aware that no on-campus food service is available until the evening of Sunday, January 17, 2021.
Students wishing to adjust their meal plans for spring may do so until Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Request a meal plan change.
