Below are important dates and deadlines to keep in mind as you apply for admission to the University of Evansville.
Fall 2026 Entry Semester
- Summer 2026 Orientation (SOAR)
- SOAR I Friday, June 26, 2026
- SOAR II Friday, July 17, 2026
- SOAR III Friday, August 21, 2026
- August 1 – While UE is flexible on the deadline to apply, it is recommended that you apply by this date to complete the enrollment process in adequate time. Applications received on August 19 or later will be deferred to Spring 2027.
- August 26 – First day of classes Fall 2026
Spring 2027 Entry Semester
- December 1 – While UE is flexible on the deadline to apply, it is recommended that you apply by this date to complete the enrollment process in adequate time. Applications received after December 18 will be deferred to Fall 2027.
- January 8 – Orientation (SOAR)
- January 11 – First day of classes
FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
The 2025-26 FAFSA is available to submit for Spring 2026. The 2026-27 FAFSA becomes available in October 2025 for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
It’s always advisable to file your FAFSA by your state’s preferred deadline for full consideration of state grant funds. For Indiana residents, the deadline is April 15. UE’s FAFSA school code is 001795.
