Your organization can sponsor a Career Workshop to provide students at the University of Evansville an opportunity to enhance their ability to write effective cover letters, build resume skills, learn how to network, proper etiquette and job search techniques. Your sponsorship would provide the essentials for the workshop to be a success. Please contact us for information on upcoming career workshops as well as professional development workshops that your organization would like to provide for UE students.

Information Sessions

Our office provides students hands-on sessions with organizations in the area for informational interviewing. This allows students to talk to professionals in their field to learn more about the skills and background necessary for their profession as well as develop an understanding for the day-to-day activities for professionals. Your organization can provide an opportunity for students to grow professionally through providing information sessions for students. In addition to providing independent information session for students, our office also offers a course, EXED 090: Building Your Professional Image, in which we provide students the opportunity to conduct informational interviews and sessions with professionals. Please contact us to set up an independent information session or an information session that is part of the EXED 090: Building Your Professional Image course.

Networking Events

Opportunities to network with professionals provide UE students the ability to develop stronger skills in talking with professionals. Your organization can provide these opportunities to students through coordinating an event focused around networking with students. Please contact us if you are interested in providing this opportunity for students.

Advertise in Crescent Magazine Anytime

Advertising in the UE student magazine, the Crescent, provides a great opportunity for your organization to heighten its awareness on campus. The Crescent is a student-run magazine that is published seven times during the academic year (October, November, December, February, March, April and May).
