Through the Schroeder Skills for Career Success Program, business students develop their professional careers and networking contacts by participating in experiential learning opportunities and career development activities during their time at UE.

  • Participation in this program is a requirement for all business students graduating from the Schroeder School of Business.

  • Students will earn points by completing Career Readiness, Networking & Job Search, and Personal Development activities.

  • Required activities include developing an approved resume and cover letter, attending a career fair, and completing required etiquette and professional communication workshops. Students will also complete several optional activities that relate to their career interests.

  • Each student must complete a professional internship that is approved by the internship director while taking the BUS/ACCT/ECON 398 Internship course.

  • Upon program completion, business students will be confident and well-prepared for future career success!
