Key Note Presentation

“Leadership is not defined by a person’s role in an organization or the number of initials after their name. Leadership is defined by inspiring others to do what they know must be done. Leadership is a personal choice, one in which we must all be self-accountable. The strength of your team relies upon the strength of your leadership. Learning your leadership abilities and defining your goals based on those abilities will be the key to becoming a successful “it” leader.”
