Greek Life Recruitment

Students interested in exploring Greek Life on the UE campus are encouraged to take part in the recruitment process.

The recruitment process is an opportunity for non-Greek students to learn about UE's sororities and fraternities, to ask questions about Greek Life, find out what each chapter has to offer, and determine which organization provides the best fit for you!

Fraternity Recruitment

University of Evansville is home to six fraternities. Each fraternity may host pre-recruitment events in the weeks leading up to formal recruitment. These events are on-campus or at the fraternity house and are free to attend. Formal Recruitment Registration for all non-Greek men is available now.

All men must pay a registration fee of $5.00. Payment is accepted by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to the "University of Evansville Interfraternity Council" and may be sent in advance to the address below or paid by close of registration September 19, 2023 at noon CT.

Please be sure to include your first and last name, student ID number, and UE email with payment.

Pre-recruitment events: All Chapters will have the opportunity to host a cookout for individuals interested in fraternity life. This is a chance to meet chapter members, hear about the chapters, and learn more about the recruitment process. You do not have to be registered for recruitment to participate.

Formal Recruitment will start on Sunday September 17, 2023, and will end on Saturday September 23, 2023.

Sorority Recruitment

University of Evansville is home to four National Panhellenic Council sororities.

Panhellenic Formal Recruitment

Formal recruitment registration for all non-Greek women is available now using Campus Director. (ue.mycampusdirector2.com)

All women must pay a registration fee of $20.00. Payment is accepted through cash or Venmo. Please reach out to Ceci Odenbaugh, VP of Recruitment, c085@evansville.edu or Lizzy Stainback, Panhellenic Council President, at es335@evansville.edu. If using venmo, please send payment to @elizabeth-stainback along with your name on the description. If you do not have Venmo, there will be several opportunities to pay in cash at all recruitment events. To be eligible to go through formal recruitment we need your money by the registration deadline, September 5, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. CT. When submitting your recruitment registration form online you will have the opportunity to upload a high school or college transcript, a resume and one additional supporting document if you choose. Please have these items ready when you sign up.

Panhellenic Social: This will take place on the East Terrace Lawn. You do not have to register for recruitment to attend. Each of the sororities will have a table set up for you to ask questions and meet a few of the members! More information coming soon.

Pre-recruitment event: Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 5:00 - 7 p.m. Recruitment Orientation- this meeting is required for all women participating in recruitment. You will have your picture taken and meet your recruitment counselor. We will email those who are registered a place to meet. You will get the opportunity to tour the suites.

Formal Recruitment will start on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, and will conclude with Bid Day on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
