Your Future Success
Your Future Success
In the Schroeder School of Business, your success comes first. That’s why our faculty and staff go beyond classroom instruction, working alongside you to uncover your strengths and prepare you for the career you want.
And that success we're talking about?
It shows.
Here’s our Class of 2025 outcomes by the numbers:
- $62K Average starting salary (excluding commission-based positions)
- 97% 2025 graduates employed or in graduate school as of September 30, 2025 (of actively seeking students; based on 98% knowledge rate)
- 20% Attending graduate school
Office for Career Success
A significant factor contributing to these outstanding outcomes: the Office for Career Success.
Schroeder students have exclusive access to the Office for Career Success, which is dedicated to helping students and alumni achieve their career goals.
Throughout their time at UE, Schroeder students complete a professional development program through the Office for Career Success. This fosters not only networking opportunities with prospective employers and alumni, but also career competencies that serve students well beyond the classroom. The program also requires students to complete at least one internship related to their degree.
LEAD Forward
This yearlong leadership program enables members to grow professionally and personally through mentorship, social responsibility projects, networking, and a leadership retreat. Housed within the Schroeder School but open to students across campus, LEAD Forward fellows build lifelong relationships while developing core leadership skills.

Engagement
Events in the Schroeder Family School of Business Administration bring organizations from across the region directly to campus, allowing students to build skills and professional connections from their first year forward. This often leads to internships and full-time job offers.
Networking events provide a casual atmosphere to meet with representatives from local organizations, and workplace readiness workshops, which are led by the Office for Career Success, provide insight into corporate culture and on-the-job expectations.
Through networking events and information sessions with local employers, as well as workplace readiness workshops led by the Office for Career Success, students gain firsthand insight into industries, corporate culture, and the on-the-job expectations.
