Marketing Requests
Most marketing requests must be submitted through Lytho, an online workflow system. Items that do not need to go through Lytho are outlined below. Lytho uses single sign on (SSO), so you will select “Log in with your UE account” after clicking the button below. If you’re a new user, you will need to create an account with a temporary password. Contact the Marketing team if you experience issues with Lytho.
Items that require a Lytho request include, but are not limited to:
- Print materials: Brochures, certificates, direct mail, flyers, nametags, postcards, posters, invitations, programs, signage, viewbooks
- Digital materials: Graphics, digital flyers, emails sent through Slate, on-campus TV screen signs, any print material items that will be sent electronically
- Stationery: Business cards, envelopes, folders, letterhead
- Swag and tabling needs: Tablecloths, banners, handouts, giveaway items, apparel
- Reprints: any job, old or new, in which you have run low or run out on quantity
Items That Don’t Require a Lytho Request
- Photography and Videography
The Office of Marketing coordinates on-campus photoshoots, video projects, and headshots for new employees. If you are in need of any of these items, contact Julie Beer at jb855@evansville.edu. - PurplePulse

Items the Office of Marketing Does Not Assist With
Some requests may be marketing-related but are managed by other campus departments.
- Alumni and parent/family communication: Contact the Office of Alumni and Engagement to have your event/information shared through iModules.
- Press releases, campus emails, and external communication: Contact University Communications for assistance with communicating events, announcements, alerts, and more.
- Room reservations: The Office of Marketing does not assist with reserving rooms/spaces on campus. Those with access to Resource Scheduler can submit their own requests. Contact the Office of Technology Services with questions.
