Introduction

The School of Engineering and Computer Science has cancelled the OPTIONS 2022 summer programs due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Your interest in our engineering outreach program is much appreciated. We will be using this time to review OPTIONS programming and offerings to provide interested parties with an educational opportunity that reflects their wants and needs. Please look to our website for updates in late 2022/early 2023.

UE Engineering OPTIONS will acquaint you with the vast career options available with a degree in engineering or computer science. This includes mini-classes taught by University professors, students and staff, plant tours to see engineers and computer scientists in action, and fun activities with participants and college student counselors.

Held on the campus of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana, UE Engineering OPTIONS includes all meals, snacks and activity costs. The residential camps will include housing in a modern, air-conditioned residence hall.

Held on the University of Evansville campus, UE Engineering OPTIONS will expose participants to the vast career opportunities available in engineering and computer sciences.

The cost per participant far exceeds the fee the University charges. Support from local industry helps to keep the fees low.
