Semester prior to transferring

Apply for admission and scholarships according to the deadlines below:

• The recommended application deadline for spring semester is December 1.
• The recommended application deadline for fall semester is July 1.

File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.gov.

If you have already filed the FAFSA for your current college, please add UE's code (001795) to your existing FAFSA.

• Students entering UE in fall 2025, spring 2026 or summer 2026 should submit the 2025-26 FAFSA.
• Students entering UE in fall 2026, spring 2027 or summer 2027 should submit the 2026-27 FAFSA (now available).

Admitted students who have listed the University of Evansville on their FAFSA will receive a financial aid packet, which will include a Financial Aid Offer, and cost and payment information. Please visit Financial Services Next Steps for information regarding finalizing your financial aid.

To reserve your place at UE, submit your $150 Admission Deposit to Office of Admission.
