ACE Orientation
ACE Orientation is the University of Evansville's condensed orientation program for transfer students, re-entry students, and non-traditional adult students who enter the university. Every new undergraduate student must attend the spring orientation program.
About ACE Orientation
ACE Orientation stands for Aces Connection Experience. We know adult undergraduate students and those with significant college experience have different needs when entering a new university. Academic Services will work directly with you on advising and course registration while ACE Orientation will cover all the other need-to-know basics of life as a UE student. Parents or family guests are invited to attend the program if they wish.
For those entering UE in the spring semester, ACE Orientation also serves new first year and international students.
Spring 2023 ACE Orientation is scheduled for Friday, January 6, 2023. For planning purposes, be prepared to arrive on campus at 9:00 a.m.; sessions will be completed by 3:00 p.m. All incoming transfer students who have made their required admission deposit will receive an email with the information to register for ACE Orientation. To receive the email about the orientation process, submit your admission deposit. You may register at the link provided below once your admission deposit has been submitted.
Registration will open Mid-October.
The ACE Orientation program also provides transfer and adult undergraduate students with sessions on campus life at the University of Evansville. Transferring to a new institution does not have to be a difficult transition, and this program helps provide some insight into the University community you are joining.
If you require any accommodations for ACE Orientation or to register for classes, please contact our Coordinator of Disability Services, Mrs. Debbie Brenton at db132@evansville.edu before December 1.
