It is important to us that all students are given the right tools to begin their collegiate career at the University of Evansville.

For those entering UE in the Spring semester, SOAR serves all new incoming students including transfer, returning adult, first year and international students.

SOAR: Student Orientation and Academic Registration

Spring SOAR is a comprehensive program that begins the process of transition for incoming students at the University of Evansville. Families are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Spring 2025 SOAR is scheduled for Friday, January 10, 2025. For planning purposes, be prepared to arrive on campus at 9:00 a.m. Sessions will be completed by 3:00 p.m. All incoming students who have made their required admission deposit will receive an email with the information to register for Spring SOAR. To receive the email about the orientation process, submit your admission deposit. You may register at the link provided below once your admission deposit has been submitted.

The Spring SOAR program provides transfer and adult undergraduate students with sessions on campus life at the University of Evansville. Transferring to a new institution does not have to be a difficult transition, and this program helps provide some insight into the University community you are joining.
