Staying In Touch

The Alumni Association can help you stay in touch. Permanent data files are maintained for all alumni by the Office of Alumni and Engagement. Records are not released or sold for non-University projects, and access to this information is carefully controlled. If you wish to contact a classmate but do not have a current address, the Alumni Office will be happy to provide it for you. To help keep records current, please report all changes in address, marital status, births, deaths and employment status to the Office of Alumni and Engagement. In addition to the standard means of communication, you can notify us of changes online. If you do not want your information to be released, please notify our office.

UE Magazine

UE alumni receive two issues of UE Magazine each year. The magazine contains feature articles on the University, faculty and alumni. It also contains a special Connections section, which covers alumni events and other services and programs for alumni. The Class Notes section of the magazine shares information on former classmates' careers, marriages, births and accomplishments. If you have information for the Class Notes section, be sure to send us your Alumni Newsgram located in the back of every issue of UE Magazine or submit your information online. We make every effort to publish Class Notes in a timely manner; however, due to our publication schedule and deadlines, please note there may be at least one full magazine cycle before a submitted Class Note appears.

UE Alumni Online

The University of Evansville Alumni Association sponsors an online community, UE Alumni Online, featuring a searchable online directory. The community is also used for online registration of events. Alums must register to utilize the community which requires a UE id. Contact the Office of Alumni and Engagement to get your UE id number at alumni@evansville.edu.
