Multicultural Action Committee

Overview

The Multicultural Action Committee (MAC) advises the Director of Community during the University’s ongoing Inclusion and Belonging efforts. The committee serves as a forum for open dialogue about the experiences of minority and underrepresented groups on campus.

Members of the committee share reports and feedback from the communities and organizations they represent, as well as concerns raised by students. Based on this information, the committee works to develop student, organizational, and campus initiatives that address these concerns and strengthen the campus environment. The committee also works alongside the Center for Inclusive Excellence to support and advance these efforts.
