Application Specialist

The University of Evansville has an immediate opening for an Application Specialist in the Office of Admission.

Position Description

  • Contacting high school counselors
  • Inputting data before and after the admission counselor reviews the application
  • Sending acceptance packets
  • Processing deposits and collecting final transcripts
  • Collaborating with other departments on campus; registrar, financial aid, student accounts, student life, and select academic departments
  • Processing transfer and international applications
  • Other duties include being cross-trained to help with projects within the admission office operations team
