CRM and Data Administrator
The Office of Admission has an opening for a CRM and Data Coordinator Administrator. This position supports all admission communication outreach efforts.
The CRM and Data Administrator provides development and support for event management, communication, application and CRM portal maintenance, and database administrator duties with the Office of Admission.
This position assists in managing user permissions, data integrity, and error resolution for data, monitoring daily imports and platform changes; updating system-wide automation; creating documentation of business practices; and building data feeds from third-party vendors. This position is also responsible for coordinating and managing the timely processing of admission communication outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a background in data processing and analysis, approach issues with a strategic mindset, be collaborative, and possess excellent organizational and project management skills. Five years of professional experience with specific background in data processing preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
