Hannah Sullivan giving presentationSince graduating from UE in 2011, Hannah Sullivan has continued to fuel her passion for the collaborative arts through a variety of educational and professional experiences. Immediately after leaving UE, she matriculated to Yale University in the School of Drama to pursue a MFA in Stage Management. She received her MFA in May 2014.

In addition to studying at Yale, Hannah worked on the Grammy and Tony Award-winning Broadway show Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. Immediately following her commencement from Yale, Hannah moved to New York City where she worked as a professional stage manager on a host of different Broadway, Off-Broadway, opera, and regional productions. Hannah is currently on tour with the 1st national tour of Hamilton as the assistant stage manager. When not stage managing, Hannah volunteers with local immigration advocacy organizations in New York, providing assistance to immigrants applying for naturalization.

Hannah credits UE and the Honors Program for providing her an educational experience that encouraged her to approach learning collaboratively. She explains, “The commitment to curiosity and engagement that I found in the Honors Program has carried through to my work in graduate school and professionally. The faculty fostered an environment of interdisciplinary learning that enabled me to engage in a greater campus-wide dialogue with my fellow students and professors.”
