Sunday, June 14, 2020

1:30 p.m. - Registration table opens, Krannert Hall of Art and Music lobby
2:30 p.m. - Registration table closes, students meet in Wheeler Concert Hall. Welcome, introductions, and policies/procedures
3:00 p.m. - Students dismissed to primary ensemble. Students will be placed into ensembles by UE faculty based on pre-recorded auditions
5:00 p.m. - Dismissal from primary ensemble rehearsal. Campers will need to check out daily at the table in Krannert Hall of Art and Music lobby

Monday, June 15 - Friday, June 19, 2020 (Daily Schedule)

8:30 a.m. - Warm-Up Sectionals
9:30 a.m. - Primary Ensemble Rehearsal
11:00 a.m. - Ensemble Music Coaching
12:00 p.m. - LUNCH
1:00 p.m. - Elective
2:00 p.m. - Camp Choir
2:00 p.m. - Student elective 2
3:00 p.m. - Primary Ensemble Rehearsal
4:30 p.m. - Dismissal from primary ensemble rehearsal. Campers will need to check out daily at the table in Krannert Hall of Art and Music lobby

Saturday, June 20, 2020

9:30 a.m. - Primary ensemble rehearsal
11:00 a.m. - Performances begin for primary ensembles. Students encouraged to stay and watch all other ensembles
1:00 p.m. - Final dismissal and inspection of facilities
