Located at 305 S Weinbach Avenue, Jones Hall is designed for today's college student. On each of the three floors are four-person apartments with private bedrooms and updated amenities.

Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen that includes an eating island, full-size refrigerator, sink disposal, dishwasher, and glass-top stove/oven with an attached microwave. The living room has a three-seat couch, armchair, end table, and coffee table. Each bedroom comes standard with a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, and built-in closet. There are also two shared bathrooms in each apartment.

Inside the complex, you can find a shared laundry space, as well as mail service, vending machines, two common lounges, and an elevator.
