Opened in 2013, the Townhouses are adjacent to campus and consist of two locations: Frederick Commons (a two-building community) on the northeast corner of campus, and the Walnut Commons (a four-building community) on the northwest corner of campus.

With a townhouse-style layout, each unit is two stories and offers four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen and living area. Each bedroom comes standard with a twin bed, two stackable dressers, a desk and chair, end table, and build-in closet. The living room includes a sectional couch, coffee table, flat screen TV, and entertainment stand. The kitchen is also furnished with granite countertops and an island for eating.
