Visiting Assistant Professor for Biology

The Biology Department at the University of Evansville invites applications for a one-year visiting position in molecular genetics, or a closely related field. Expected teaching duties include the freshman-level introductory biology course in molecular and cellular biology, and upper-level courses in genetics and in the applicant’s area of expertise.  The successful candidate should have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching. A completed Ph.D. in biology or a related field is preferred. Send a cover letter, vita, unofficial transcripts, a statement of teaching philosophy, a statement of research interests, and three letters of recommendation to Dr. Dale Edwards, Chair, Department of Biology, University of Evansville at biologysearch@evansville.edu.
