Assistant Professor of Computer Science

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Evansville invites applications for a faculty position in computer science starting January 2018 (preferably) or August 2018.

The University of Evansville is an independent, church-related, selective admissions, undergraduate university organized into four colleges and schools: Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, Education and Health Sciences, Engineering and Computer Science. The University, located in a city of 135,000 in southwestern Indiana, has a strong tradition in the liberal arts and sciences and international education. Enrollment numbers approximately 2,400 full-time students. The University also has a British campus, Harlaxton College, located north of London.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in software engineering, computer science or closely-related fields. All areas will be considered, but we especially are interested in the area of software engineering.  Salary and rank will be commensurate with academic background and experience.
