Desktop Support Coordinator
The Desktop Support Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day technological issues that arise across campus for faculty, staff, and students. To be successful, the person in this position will need to have exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. The Desktop Support Coordinator will need to have experience working within both PC and MAC system environments and able to troubleshoot hardware issues. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite required, AV experience is a plus.
The Desktop Support Coordinator is a benefit eligible twelve-month position working 40 hours per week.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of technology experience.
