Assistant Director of Volunteer Engagement
The office of Alumni and Engagement is seeking a confident, self- starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment to connecting alumni, students, and departments to grow important, life-lasting relationships.
The assistant director of volunteer engagement is responsible for maximizing alumni involvement in the University’s efforts to serve students and enhance experiential learning and grow networking opportunities.
In this role s/he serves as the main liaison between the office of Alumni and Engagement and the Center for Career Development and other university departments that utilize alumni volunteers.
Position will primarily focus on young alumni and developing relationships for further cultivation. This full-time position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Alumni and Engagement.

Academic Preparation: 4-year college degree
Desired Experience: One to three years customer service, membership, volunteer recruitment, and/or sales experience. Knowledge of working with a non-profit would be preferred.
