Sports Residency Application Instructions

The applicant will submit their application via RF-PTCAS.

Application deadline is December 8, 2023. On-site interviews will be conducted in January 22, 2024 in Evansville, Indiana. Offers will be made in March.

The applicant will submit their application via RF-PTCAS - A supplemental ProRehab application is also required. Your ProRehab application will be uploaded to your RF-PTCAS application.

After review of your application, you may be asked to complete an on-site interview. Emergency medical response (EMR) and CPR/AED certifications must be current at the start of the residency in July and maintained throughout the program.

The ProRehab and University of Evansville Sports Residency program does not require tuition or mentoring fees. See the Financial Fact Sheet 2023-2024 for more detailed financial information specific to the program.
