Assistant Professor of Athletic Training
The School of Health Sciences seeks applicants for a tenure-track position as assistant professor of Athletic Training who will teach and coordinate clinical education in a CAATE-accredited Master of Science Education program.
Requirements: Ph. D. preferred in a related health field or MS in a related health care field with a minimum of five years teaching experience within a CAATE program, current BOC certification, and a minimum five year clinical experience as an athletic trainer. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining off-campus clinical education sites and teaching in the athletic training program, as well as, student advising, engagement in scholarship and professional activities and service to the department, University, and community. This position will start August 1, 2021.
