Records and Registration Coordinator

Description of Job Responsibilities:

Primary duties include assisting students with Registrar-related paperwork including processing schedule changes, answering initial transfer course questions, processing transcript and enrollment verification requests, handling name and address changes, and answering all incoming general phone calls, email, and office traffic.

Additional responsibilities require this position to work closely with the Records and Registration Specialist to handle specialized registration or records related processing. This position also oversees the maintenance of the document imaging and record retention processes.

This position reports directly to the Registrar and requires and individual who is an avid learner, highly organized, willing to work in a constantly changing and busy environment, experienced using Microsoft Excel and most importantly, has an outgoing and engaging personality.

Academic Preparation: Some college preferred.

Desired Experience: One to three years office or customer service experience.
